How does it work?
There will be a small embedded device placed on each of the worker’s workstation. As per the production plan, the production management will assign each of the production lines/worker’s task at the beginning. Accordingly, each of the partials/components of the product are tagged (NFC/RFID). Then the partials/components moves to the assembly station. At the assembly station (Example: Sewing table in garments industry), the worker punches the Done button on the device which can be seen on the production dash board. The worker also state if the manufacturing machine is out of order, so that the concern department can take care of this issue.
